The CP871 is a High Speed Tire Buffer which is ideal for patchwork, roughing up low areas for recapping, tire scuffing and cleaning tire moldings. A Jacobs chuck for holding buffing accessories and a lock-off throttle to prevent accidental start up. Rear exhaust directs air away from workpiece. Built-in regulator matches speed to job. Free Speed: maximum 22,000 rpm.
